Here is a day of food
Wakeup early and go for a 1/2 hour jog/walk
breakfast-1 piece of toast, nothing on it
- 1 egg
- 1 piece of food
- 2 glasses of water
Snack - 10 carrots
Lunch - One 3.4 inch piece of tofu 1/2 an inch in diameter pan cooked.
- Put salsa over the tofu and a VERY small bit of cheese
- Salad with a vinegrette and LOTS of garden vegetables
Snack - 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese
Dinner - Green Beans with a bit of sunflower oil and parmesan
- Lentil salad (chick peas mized with kidney beans and tofu)
- Ratatoulli
- 1/2 a cup of low calorie jello
Snack - One mini chocolate bar. ONE NOT TWO!
* Drink 10 glasses of water a day and one cup of soy milk!
