Me and my fiance had a bit of a tiff last night and we're ok now but i wanted to light some candles and cook him a nice meal for tea (main and desert) but a bit stumped as to what to cook him...
He's a vegetarian, but he eats fish and quorn style meat, and doesn't really have a sweet tooth so it would be best if the desert was like fruit based or something... Can anyone help? Men what would win you over?? And i might make him some little treats like some cupcakes to take to work too as i know he loves me making him little treats and leaving them in his lunchbox, any suggestions for that??
I've got a chicken breast for me so could do something with that and i think i've got some quorn and loads of veg and pineapple and apples and the usual stock cupboard ingredients...
