I have all the episodes to the following animated series, on DVD.

The 1st Medabots series (I have the season 1 set that Shout! Factory released and volumes 7-12 that ADV Films released.)

I'm planning to get the 5th season of Teen Titans, on DVD, later in the year, and when that happens, I will have all of Teen Titans on DVD.

While the whole series wasn't released on DVD, I have all 6 season sets of King of the Hill that were released on DVD.
 
Family Guy, American Dad, Drawn Together...
I stopped with The Simpsons after season ten.
I also have the Clerks cartoon on DVD.

I still plan on getting more Family Guy and American Dad as they release more.

Digimon: I have all the episodes from all five seasons recorded. I've got the Digimon: Data Squad (season 5) DVD set with the first thirteen episodes. Hopefully the rest will make it to DVD in due time. I also have Digimon: The Movie on DVD, and I taped the other four Digimon movies that aired on ToonDisney and ABC Family.

GoLion: I have all three DVD volumes.

Beast Machines: I've got the complete series set with both seasons.

Beast Wars: Transformers: I've got all three DVD season sets.

He-Man: I've got all the DVD sets for all three versions of the show.

Home Movies: I've got the complete series box set.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003 version): I've got all the DVDs that completely cover the first six seasons. For the second season episodes, I've got the two half-season sets. I'm still hoping the third and fourth seasons will get the same treatment one day. Right now I just own the volumes of them. The Back to the Sewer (season 7) episodes still haven't made it to DVD (in the US), but I've got them all recorded on my DVR. If those never make it to DVD, I'll just have to transfer them to videotape or DVD-R myself.

Thundercats: I've got all the season sets on DVD.

Transformers: I've got all the season sets on DVD.

Transformers Armada: I've got both volume sets on DVD.

Transformers Cybertron: I've got the complete series set on DVD.

Transformers Energon: I've got the complete series set on DVD.

Voltron: I've got all eight sets which cover both the Lion and Vehicle Voltron series. I also have the Fleet of Doom DVD.

X-Men: Evolution: I've got all eight volume sets which cover the first two seasons, and the complete third season DVD. The fourth season has never been released on DVD and probably nver will be, so I've got the episodes DVR-ed from Disney XD, and I also have them recorded on videotape.
