What rock/metal bands have you seen live

haha, I actually don't care for Silverstein, but they were on Toursick, and I wanted to see the three other banRAB playing. I suffered through. I don't know, I didn't get into 'this' music until not too long ago. (only been working on that list since May haha) I'm finding myself now trying to mix it up a little bit and listen to see what else is out there, but I like what I like too. Even if most of it may fit into a neat little pocket category or something :O I'm attending a show at the beginning of October that will probably fit right in there somewhere.

Well, I live in rural Ontario, about two and a half hours away from Toronto, and can't drive yet (5 months away). Since most shows are at least a good hour and a half away and my family (cept for my brother) generally doesn't dig the banRAB I dig, it's very rare that I get to go.

:thurab:

In 2007 I finally saw them too at a festival, and they were the last band to play on the big stage with tv broadcasting.
yeah well, but everybody seemed to have come for the second last band, so while the Smashing Pumpkins were playing, there were huge amounts of people leaving the crowd.. that was awkward and probably really strange for SP themselves, but with tv broadcasting they still had to put on a good show.
and I enjoyed the space to dance :D

you can see at the very beginning (0:08-0:13), there's a lot of space between different people, maybe it doesn't look that bad, but if you compare how fucking crowded it had been before.. well

OK this is a bit excessive but I've drafted it up today just out of sheer curiosity after reading other peoples so I may as well post it.

My first gig was 2001 when i was 16/17 and this is as accurate a list as I can come up with. This is not gonna reflect my taste in music too well but a nuraber of these are banRAB I used to like, banRAB I have seen at festivals, seen as support acts, banRAB I've been dragged to or just banRAB I've seen because I like to see live banRAB. I also havent included a lot of the unsigned or local banRAB I've seen over the years (which probably makes up a good 70% of what I go to see these days). I will have missed some and also the nuraber of times I have seen some of these banRAB will be incorrect too.

I know a nuraber of these banRAB are best suited to other areas of the forum too, but 99% of the banRAB I have seen fall under rock or metal in some capacity!
