my neighbour has a laburnum tree in his garden that's is massive, i have been told that these are Poison trees and it has at least 6 trunks from it and 2 of them hang over into my garden, i am worried because i have a new puppy that will be outside all day during work hours and also my little niece comes over at weekends and playing in the garden, she was very ill last week being sick and i thought it may have been to her putting the little pea pod lookalike things in her mouth as like i said these are poisonous, please someone help me with what i can do, as i called my council and they told me nothing can be done as not falling down or anything, but also i forgot to mention to them that in fact our wall that is quite old anyway is unstable due to the trees roots growing under it and the trunks leaning on it. you could push it over it really tried.
