What restaurant has the best food?

And dining experience. My b.f. and I want to
go out to eat but we don't know what to do.

What POPULAR chains can you suggest?
What restaurants are open late?
Till Like 12 or 1 AM?
 
Cracker Barrel's a nice restaurant. They have friendly servers (at least they do at the one I go to all the time), rockers to sit in while you wait for your food, checkers to occupy yourself and they have a pretty cool in gift shop. However if you're not a country music fan Cracker Barrel may not work for you since they play country music that they sell in their gift shop.
