What requires a flower garden?

I want a flower garden. As you know school's out, and I'm soo bored. I want to arrage pretty flowers. What kind of flowers should I plant?? What will be good for a sunny yard? And how much will this cost, how many flowers would I need, and how much work is put into it?? thank you (:
 
1st you need a section for your flowers, use peat moss for the soil the flowers love it, if you never did a garden before try wild flowers they are all different in one package and now you water 2x a day or set up to the sprinklers,you can put whatever flowers you want to try but throw some wildflowers in the mix they can be found at the $1 store and depending on what else you want the flowers can run from $2-$10 dollars per plant and the dirt $3-$5 dollars/ i added bricks to outline mine good luck
