what requirements have to be met to get into ADFA?

i am 16 years old and i in year 10. i heard you can apply to get in at 16 6 months?? how does this work? and can i leave at the end of year 10 and be accepted when im 17? if not what requirements will i have to get in my uai (ATAR)? or can i get in without an ATAR?
