We learn in school about the founding of America by English colonists. I am curious what vestiges of England remain in America, other than language (yes, I know; we speak American, LOL!). I specifically mention England because I know that the United Kingdom also includes Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. When you visited America, what cultural similarities surprised you?
