What remake would you 'like' to see?

As much as I hate remakes, I loved the recent King Kong film..

But it would be good if they remade all of the Star Wars films from the start. I won't watch any of the previous ones as I hate how they left a big gap between them and left out the last 3 - there are 9 books right?
 
They should do Grease 3, with the same storyline but Olivia and John as the parents of Mini Sandy and Mini Danny who are charmed by school geeks. :D
