What reason(s) caused friction between the U.S. and the Soviet Union after World War II?

These two world powers went from being allies during the war to bitter enemies not long after the war ended. I guess another way of framing my question is, "What started the Cold War?" Thanks.
 
Because the soviet Union was the only country who'se economic and military strength were even close to the U.S.

That and they were communist, which was against the entire American Belief.
