theres a school zone where i live and theres a speed camera in it. however, theres some kind of RCW i guess that says the school zone sign needs to have a flashing light on it, however i cant find the RCW that says the school signs need the light.
i got a ticket from this camera and heard tons of people were getting off with this ticket by presenting this RCW.
also, the car is in someone else's name, and the ticket is in his name, but i was driving, any way i can get rid of the ticket this way as well?
