B Bob New member Jul 2, 2009 #3 O-5 (Lt Col) is likely. O-6 (Col) if you're good. As far as pay goes, for O-5 after 20 years you'd be looking at $120k per year including an average housing allowance. For an O-6 after 20 years it would be $133k per year.
