It is hard to say..right now the illegal aliens are causing more problems. In California alone they spend over 1 BILLION dollars a year on them.....
You have to be careful how you word things and what research you do. Blacks are the minority right now...so saying they have the most crime ..you have to compare it ratio to ratio of the white community ...and what cities etc.
You can say blacks are (and this is just an example and not meant to be true)...are more crime laden in Los Angles....then in pencil town America! meaning you can't compare a large city to a small city unless you take both cultures in comparison in each town.
African-Americans comprised 13 percent of the United States' population.....the illegals Estimates range from 11 million to 20 million. Whites are about 73 percent now....quite a difference.
You also have to take in consideration if you are talking male or female or a combination of both.....
then you want to find out if it is true that more crime is black on black or is it black on white and what kind of crimes are committed. Do blacks commit more dangerous crimes and are whites more white collar or what?

I'm not giving an opinion, just a observance of a statistic that I saw somewhere a few months ago.
That the illegal immigrants from Mexico, are the majority in the prisons in America.
Personally, I think it is the people in the gangs that are the worst in society. Street gangs, motorcycle gangs and etc.... A lot of different races involved.

sorry who ever said blacks commit the most crime needs to read up a little more! we only account for 13% of the population. Some of you need to just realize comprehension is a problem for you! Blacks commit the most crime lol You guys on c and g really have me worried if you believe that!
