What R the laws of underage dating and older men?

How old are you two?

If you cant wait until your legal...pleaseeeee dont get married. You have SO much of your life left and you just might change your mind. Plus I wanna know how old this guy is.
 
Different states have different laws on ages. But most of them say that you have to be 17 or 18 to be lawfully married without anyone's consent. But from 13-17 you need your parent's consent.
 
yes and no i live in nevada and i live 6 hrs from vegas even if you wanted to marry someone in nevada in vegas you have to have at least a parent /guardian present at the time of marriage if your under 18 as for the laws of other states or cities once Your married Your legally married there's nothing like if you get married in vegas and go back to your state or town that they can strip you of your marriage unless it has other things surrounding it like running away with a guy that's 18 and your 15-16 and getting married in vegas then maybe but as i said you have to have a parent or guardian present so with out that your screwed unless by some chance you find a vegas chapel that dose not care then your married but going back to your town or state u might run into problems....that's all i know
 
you would have to check to see if you can marry with parents consent
i dont know what the age is but untill your 18 you need your parents consent
and no you cannot get married in vegas without your parents consent
because it will be nullified
