What programs do you use to create flash content and how do I use it?

I am a new web designer and I need to learn flash, but I do not know the coding behind it and what program(s) to use, I need help! Please and thank you!
 
Well to do flash, you will need to buy adobe Flash Cs4. Thats step one and it runs at about 200$ dollars i think. The coding language behind flash is Actionscript. the latest version is ascript 3.0
you can learn that language as well as how to use flash in video tutorials.(thats how i learned) but to be a good web designer, flash skills only wont do it. you need to learn probably html,javascript and css before you mess with flash. Also, to be good with flash, you must have some photoshop, illustrator skills, fireworks skills to make the best of presentations or sites.
