What procedures are in place to reduce the use of drugs in sport?

Im currently doing a legal studies assignment on the NRL player Danny Wicks and I cant seem to find anything on the internet detailing what procedures they have in place to reduce the use of drugs. I know they have to pee test but that’s all I know. Help me please with links or information?
