What do you mean?

Do you think there was a time when it was illegal, and some president made it legal? That's simply not so.

Humans have been testing things on animals since before recorded history.
 
Don't you mean which a**hole made animal testing legal?

Animals don't deserve to be tested on. We were all put on this Earth by God for a purpose. And all the animals' purposes on this earth don't include being tested on for tear-free shampoo or some new lotion.
 
The real question is, when did this issue become such a hot topic that the masses demanded to know how it could possibly be legal? If nobody tells you that something is wrong, would you know any better not to do it? Scientists use animal testing because it is efficient. Righteous people defy animal testing because they are ignorant. The presidents realize that animal testing is efficient, but also realize that they must please the righteous people, because their ignorance is the only reason the presidents were elected in the first place.

There is not a law saying you can or cannot test on animals

but since animals dont have minds they dont have rights and therefore we can test on them so they die a horrible death instead of a 8 year old korean boy

but by all means save the animals
