The wrinkle black parts should be matching parts like the horn cover, primary cover, battery cover, etc. There's a wrinkle black from Cardinal, BK59, that seems to match the inner engine's black (which is more of a textured flat black rather than a semi-glossy wrinkle). It may also be noted the model to be matched is a 2008 Fatbob - My 2000 FXDX has a different black wrinke for these parts. What manufacturer & powder matches the FXDF wrinkle?

Tiger reps visited my potential powder coater, ... says that supplier can match this specific color. We'll see -- I think my question still looms.
