What plow should i buy for my Kawasaki bayou 250????

I would like to buy a inexpensive plow for my Kawasaki bayou 250 but i am not sure if it will go through the snow in rear wheel drive.....I need recommendations on a KIT,... the mounting kit snow plow winch etc. and tell me if it will work!!!!????

What type of hitch is it???? I think it is a 3 point hitch.
