Personally, I think Stan Musial does. I think his numbers are similar to the way Pujols plays ball, he's also a good fielder and likeable, and the fact that they both playe(d) for the Cardinals is just a bonus.

What do you think?
Jimmie Foxx also compares pretty well.
Berkman's played longer than Pujols. Use the tool that compares players up to age 28. That's where Foxx ranks number one. But, these scores aren't always accurate, as we also count personality, body, and other things.

I like the "Stan the Man" answer, but because of Albert's size and strength, and his character, how about Lou Gehrig?

Lance Berkman - though that's a comparison of overall career.

To this point, it's Jimmie Foxx and Hank Aaron. Decent company, I guess. It goes downhill from there though, with Frank Robinson, Lou Gehrig, Ken Griffey Jr., Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio, Juan Gonzalez, Mel Ott, and Hal Trotsky

He's obviously going nowhere.

I like the Aaron comparison though; both were under the radar, at least relative to where they should be (have been) with their numbers; both put up consistent, very good numbers that became great with repetition
