I'm an artist and I do comic books and cartoons. I need a good program to color my drawings after I scan them into the computer. My friend told me that photoshop cs3 is a good one. I've heard you can get educational ones for cheap. I don't need anything fancy just something that I can use efficiently to color my drawings.
