What photoshop can I put extra eyelashes?

Cause, I don't want to wear false lashes, I just want to put it on my photo. I've seen a picture that has a photoshoped eyelashes, cause I'm taking Ulzzang looks picture, and Ulzzangs have long eyelashes. Any help?
I have photoscape. And I don't want to buy an installer :) Can I make one in photoscape?
 
you have to download photoshop or photofiltre and find a pic on google search: eyelashes and find a pic that has a white backround and copy that picture onto your regular eyelashes and do a photomask, if you search eyelash masks on youtube it should tell you how in more detail :]
