What photo print sites offer the best quality?

There are a few sites offering some deals on free prints and I'm not sure which one to pick from. Even if they are free, I want to make sure that I'm going to like how they come out in the end. My options are as follows...
Kodak-20 free prints..I hear they have a special crop tool so you don't cut out the parts you want
Artscow-400 free prints, but I've heard they're not the greatest quality from some and heard that others liked them. 400 free prints would be a great deal
York Photo-30 free prints

Or are there some that I don't know about that would be good?
 
Since all photos (non-custom) are machine printed, as long as the technician that keeps the chemistry up to spec and tests each shipment of paper for critical colour correction, then all prints will be nearly identical.

For the best test, send in a test of each lab and see which matches your control print the best.
