What phone to get under $200

Ok I am needing a new phone for under about $200. I want the following features:

A Still Camera
A Video Camera
Memory Card Support
Unlocked
I would like a web browser
I don't know if any phones can do this but if you could plug it into a PC and download ringtones or wallpapers onto it.
Speakerphone, not required but I would like it

I was looking at some sony ericssons, the s710a, and the w600i. But, I heard they were about an inch thick. If there is nothing better than these then I will probably just get the w600i.
 
I am kinda wanting a phone that not everyone has. So I don't really want the Slvr, and the E720 I looked at and it doesn't have memory card support and only has 85MBs of memory, but if it this isn't right correct me please.

Also Here is the w600i I was looking at and it is only about $15 more, than I was looking to spend so I would probably be willing to pay that.
