What phone? Step down from K800i? 2mp+ camera, 320x240screen?

Hey guys, ive figured that because most australian 3g networks are moving to hsdpa, i figured it wasnt worth buying a k800i. So im looking for a new phone. It needs to have atleast a 2mp camera, needs to be ~$400 or less (Australian) (~$300usd), needs to have a 320x240 screen.... and preferably a nokia or sony ericsson. So.... what is there?
