Isn't the C903 actually a sony not samsung. Go into Carphone Warehouse or any other mobile shop and ask for a demonstration. That's what we did for my wife and CW were only too helpful and we bought a Samsung S5560 which is a lovely phone with fantastic camera and so easy to use. My wife's first touch screen and now it's closer to her than I am lol.
