What phone should I get? iPhone 4 vs. Blackberry vs. Samsung Fascinate?

I am with Verizon and currently have an EnV3. I'd like to get a new phone and I don't know which one best fits me. For Christmas, I got an iPod touch, 4th generation- with the new Facetime video thing. I would feel bad if I got the iPhone 4 because my parents just bought me the iPod touch, but I'd like to have just one device but having two isn't that bad. I have been looking at Blackberry's and I'd just like some feed back. What exactly is corporate email? I email a lot and the person at the verizon store told me the only reason to buy a Blackberry is for corporate email. Do Blackberry's make people look more mature? My phone makes me look like I'm five because it's a texting phone, even though I don't text that often. My father just got the Samsung Fascinate and he really enjoys it. Anyone out there have anything to say about these phones? Also, how are Droids? I just need a new phone because mine is beaten up and doesn't work as well as it did a while ago.
