I don't think you can get better than perfect, although I would agree that the waist in the photo is not "perfect" it's jusy very, very, very good.

i KNEW somebody would show me his muscles in dictionary skills, even though almost all english speaker know that you cant add an "er" to "good, better, best & perfect" but i didnt think of a better thing to say other than adding an "er" to the end of "perfect"... look around the forums you can find a HUGE selection of grammatical and spelling errors.
 
Technically that doesn't work either, as perfect, used as an adjective, is describing a perticular noun of the utmost quality. There is nothing that is more or higher or better than something that is already perfect.

Sorry for the grammer police, I make plenty of mistakes too. This particular mistake just struck me as blatantly awkward and wrong.
