What phone is better the samsung solstice or the lg neon? Looking for the overall best.?

solstice isn't offered as a prepaid phone. you'd have to buy the phone at full retail witch is about $250. The Neon is a prepaid phone and costs about 93.88 at walmart. of course, samsung beats lg anytime, everytime.
