What phone is better? Sanyo Mirro or Kyocera Neo?

I am debating between a sanyo mirro ($60 with 24 month contract) and a kyocera neo ($0 with 24 month contract). What phone would you recommend? Is it worth the extra 60 bucks for the sanyo? I would mostly use the phone for texting, calling and some web browsing.
