...medicare won't pay doctors? My dentist and many doctors have turned away medicare patients for years because the govt. pays less than the costs of treatments for medicare reimbursement. The remaining doctors who god bless them take medicare patients are forced to charge your insurance company more or you directly when the government shorts them.

Companies should do the same that Medicare does: Refuse to accept their inflated prices, and the prices would go down in a heartbeat.
