I know that there's not way to actually prove this, but just guess.
How many people in Saudi Arabia do you think are having pre-marital sex? Is there a specific reason that you said that number?
I myself think it's about 25% of the population. This includes expats and young Saudis who are rebelling against their overprotective religious families.
I had sex with a few unmarried people during my 3 years there.
