What percentage do photography reps/agents typically get?

I'm a wedding/events photographer and expanding my marketing efforts. I'd like to hire on an appointment setter who will manage my ad channels. Each job that gets booked will be sourced back to them. I'd like to provide a percentage of the booked job, but don't know the typical guidelines. 10%? 15%?

Around here, they get 20% to 30%, but of course they are getting you jobs that more than make up for what they get.

My rep gets me around $800 per shoot plus expenses and before I got a rep, I was getting from $250 to $350 for the same kind of assignment, so you see when she takes her 30% cut, I still have $540 or around $200 more. And she keeps me working more often than I was able to find assignments too.

In the end I am working more and making much more. She has four other photographers she reps, so she is doing well too. She takes a smaller percentage on the larger, higher paying gigs.
