I want to get a bit more distortion out of my Marshall Haze 40. So what should i get to boost it a bit? I would like a sort of 80s-90s metal tone that will cover anything from Iron Maiden to Megadeth. It doesn't need to be too heavy though, nothing like death metal or modern metal sort of stuff.
What pedal should i use to boost the distortion?
