i have a 305 chevy 5.0L i have 150$ for the engine after i finished the interior should i go for pistons, camshaft, piston heads?

You really don't need to upgrades those till later
I recommend you
put on a straight pipe exhaust system, any muffler of your choosing
cold air intake system
spark plugs
spark plug wires
you will get about 10 Hp or more easily and your engine will get more flow and throttle response. then when you do that then worry about your engine internals.

Put the $150 in a piggy bank to save for a 350 5.7L or better yet, a newer Vortec 5.3.
