- I am a minor (16 years)
- I made a purchase from a company in Oklahoma
- There are some problems with the products
- They don't seem to think it's a problem
- They are willing to refund the money, less a 15% restocking fee, which represents close to $200 USD, over $200 CAD (I am in Canada)
- I shouldn't have to pay for nothing
- They don't seem to listen to reason, as it's their "company policy"
- Although I'd rather not play this card on them, I'm asking Yahoo! Answers, if there are any laws in the US or in Oklahoma that outline selling to/entering into a contract with a minor - and if so, where to find them in writing.

Most US state laws have proviso against minors -under 18- entering into legal contracts. It may be different in Canada. Would suggest your parents contact this company on your behalf. A minor is considered too young to enter into a valid contract by reason of both experience and employment.
