what part of the day is best to use a ovulation test?

My husband and I are ttc and I am new to all of this. I should be ovulating between 7th-10th of next week. Due to having my IUD removed and my period being altered because of it, I am not exactly sure. So, I am wanting use some ovulation test to help me know exactly when it is baby making time...lol. Well what time of the day (morning first thing, noon, before bed, etc.) is the best time to use the test?
