What part of Saw iii is the gory bit?

I have heard that 5 people have fainted watching it.

I saw a bit on youtube with this man with chains on him is that the bit?

If not please tell me but dont tell me what the gory bit is please (if you know what i mean )

All of the torture scenes are gory, so the vast majority of the film

Yeah about 80% of the movie is very gory

Personally I found the very start and then the Operation the most gory parts
