well the motor is in sideways! so the front your talking about could be the side , but u said driver side so if it right hand drive, the other half of the world has the driver side on the right so you need to be more specific and there are many parts on the front of any cylinder head , like exmainfold, spark plugs, how fare in front or side witch side ?
 
your answer is wrong, to refer to the front of something you have to stand at the front of the car just behind the front bumper, the engine is at the passenger side (right) and to the left is the trans (driver)

if you are standing behind the bumper and you are looking the cylinder head what part you want? the closer part attached to the head located between the head and you is the exhaust manifold

aiming to the right of the cyl head is the ignition

there are are only 3 main components attached to the cyl head, the intake manifold, the exhaust manifold and the ignition
