What other "spacy" places like suites, lounges, and penthouses, banquets?

Somewhere roomy, like a lounge, but where we can relax, but no bedrooms. There will be karaoke, entertainment, drinks, etc for about 20+ people. Ideas?
No bedrooms/basement/community center (they're not that good).
We checked 6 lounges, they average 600 bucks + deposit. Too expensive.
