I searched the internet about HIV symptoms, and I've seen that I have three of them, at least. I have rashes appearing on my arms, and body. I feel tired always, I have head aches, and I feel hot always. The rashes have appeared long ago. I'm scared that the symptoms will worsen, but for now I can't afford to consult a doctor about it. What over the counter drugs can I temporarily use to easen the symptoms, or cure it? Please help. Thanks.
