What options do I have to change so that they don't hear my web programs while

I'm talking on Skype? When I'm on Skype, the person that I'm talking to says that they can hear any programs that I have running; such as Youtube videos, iTunes, etc. How do I change my audio options so that they can't hear those programs, but still can hear me speaking to them?
