What one of these photos sizes is under 3MB (camera photos)?

Online Newspaper says my photos need to be 3mb or smaller for me to add them. What one of these picture sizes on my camera should i slecte and use so i can add photos?

14MP(4:3)
12MP(3:2)
10MP(16:9)
6MP(4:3)
3MP(4:3)
2MP(16:9)
1MP(4:3)
what ever it is what one of them picture sizes will be under 3Mb
