What offenses can you get a ticket for on a bicycle?

My girlfriend got a ticket yesterday for speeding, doing 50 in a 35. LOL! Anyway, on the ticket, it shows different offenses and how much the fine is for each of them. One of them says "Bicycle Violations: $62.50". I was just wondering... What kind of offenses could you do to get a ticket on a bicycle? Are we talking about running a red light or something like that? Hell... who hasn't done that on a bike? If I'm out riding, and am at a red light, and no cars are coming, I'm going. What if I didn't have a license or any other identification on me? How would they ticket me?

well ur supposed to have id on you at all times if your over 16 yrs of age and they can ticket you for anything you can get ticketed for in a car because you are operating a vehicle if its a kid theyll give them a warning but i almost got a ticket for going under the speed limit while riding with traffic

Bicycles have to abide by the same rules of the road as automobiles with the exception of being registered. There have even been people arrested for riding a bicycle while intoxicated.
