Just what is the old dude thinking?
Or is he thinking at all?
 
He know he is loosing so he is doing some semi-last ditch effort to get in ahead.

It's not very difficult to figure out that this is a cheap tatic to try and gain a foothold in the election.
 
he wants to suspend the debates because he's terrible at multitasking or is scared to debate Obama.
