Back in the late 90s, internet companies were the bubble; hundreds of billions of dollars were lost. Now it was the real estate bubble along with weird derivatives like CDS etc, in this case over a trillion dollars were lost.
These kind of bubbles will happen again, there is no question about it. I'm convinced it is human nature and there is NOTHING we can do to prevent them.
I know that something somewhere is cooking now, something that will have the same effect (or worse) as the previous bubbles. In your opinion, what would be the next bubble?
