I am looking to join the military, and I saw some stuff on the web about liberal arts/music jobs/training in the realm of possibility. I love music, play the guitar and attempt to sing 
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what branch I could pursue this in best, and how it works. Is it hard to get into? Would I be able to do stuff with the guitar or be restricted mainly to playing stuff like trumpets and all that? I heard you get no guaranteed positions in the air force and that you basically earn your job, is this true?
