What muscles should I exercise together when lifting?

I like to change up my workout at least every 2 weeks but I am trying to get a good matchup of what muscles I can workout on the same day. One thing I try to avoid is doing chest and triceps on the same day because my tri's are weak and it ends up inhibiting my chest lift.

I need matchups for the upper body only... I do all my leg stuff on one day (even though I shouldnt)
