...need to achieve this? Hello, I am wondering what exercises are needed to achieve strong legs for running. In addition, I am also seeking ways on how to work both big and small for my legs; however, I also want to know how is it possible strengthen the legs using both weights and resistant cords? The best way to improve your running is to run. Sprints build leg muscles. As do squats. Try some crossfit (crossfit.com)
